This is an old bug. I posted it before but *someone* trashed the GW forums. I assumed that the bug was fixed but BigB recently found that it is still scurrying around in the dark recesses of PLITgames.
The leading zeros are not trimmed when a user submits the Control Block form. This applies to the members, armour, and weapons sent as well as the X and Y values of the block. This bug can can "break" the page format. Screenshots: *this screenshot only captures about half of the full width of the actual result.

Notice the header is messed up, the menu is squished and chat is off the screen.
