The one where we should encourage mineral feeding to make feds work better. You know, the one where the empire on the number 1 position of the list cant access the fed coffers. yet all the empires chasing them can feed thru the coffers to reach them. (once they hit no 1 they can no longer do it.) I guess the one thing that this really changes, as knowing from previous rounds. is that every dog can have his/her day at the top. The problem of course is that the feeding got outta hand and all the mins went to that guy at number 1 position. so half way thru around a decent fed got away with a huge lead, and only certain feds, could chase those high 6-120mill empires we add this rule, and mins can still be fed to each other to take down empires, it just means u cant feed to get ur number 1 higher than he already is when he gets to possie 1 on the empire list cheers spart |

to take it farther what if the FED in the #1 position couldnt access thier coffer? that would kill any possibble help the fed could give to help keep the #1 spot. |

oh well, i guess that has the same effect :)
I guess that eliminates the ability of getting 2 Fed empires up there, however remote the chance :) Sounds good to me either way :) |

I agree it would have to apply to the whole fed other wise it would be able to be abused too easily via two people just leap frogging each other into the number one possition. |
