ok, I know I'm suposed to take over RES to get more members...but it seems like I loose more members taking one block than I get once I take it over.....
any other ways to get more members other than using the recruiter thing? |

No. The members you get by taking RES blocks come between turns, not immediately upon takeover. On average, per turn, you will get 10% of your RES total in men. |
