Read the Rules link located on the left side of the screen when logged in to a War.

Her is the section yo uare interested in and the portion blocked off that answers your direct question:
Action Points You get 100 action points per turn. Using 10% of your gang strength costs 10 action points. Weapons and armour are not included in this. If you field all your gang members in one attack it will cost 100 action points. You can save two turns of action points. So you can have a maximum of 300 action points. Any excess action points are used to gather resources. **********You get new AP's after each turn ran, this is done at 4am each morning Danish time, after the game has started.************ |

its been almost a day since i last logged on and i havent gotten anymore action points what do i do and how do i fix this problem |

I know that you must till 75% of the game is full, but is it possible to see how full the game is till now or not? |
