You fight other gangs the same way you control blocks that aren't occupied. Expand first per the guidelines in Raving Tactics (top thread of this forum), you need more gang members to attack another gang than you will an open block. And check the rankings to make sure the gang you're attacking isn't many times larger than yours, there is nothing I hate more than having to destroy a smaller gang because they foolishly attack me. |
