If an opposing gang attacks and takes 8 of my blocks, should I retaliate and attack his gang or that isn't a good idea and I should just ignore the attacks. Or am I being to nice and that I should attack him really hard since my ratio of exp to nov's is bigger? |

Thats totally up to you and depends on your size/strength relative to theirs.
Personally, I would normally bite back. Harder. |

What if you are a weaker gang!? I mean you still have to retaliate! Don't you!!
So, use the explore gang command. The results will help you plan the attack. Try to overkill the easiest block. This gives you a 'hands-on' result and a good feel for the enemy. From there you can adjust your attack force accordingly. How many men does it take to qulify for overkill? Do you send a force that doubles the defender's? Triples? Dare you send quadruple? Even more!?!? AP cost doesn't mean squat anymore! You better send a kick-ass crew because there is nothing worse than a failure and humiliation! *cringe* |
