How do allies function in the game? I just started today and I have two games going. The first one I just read the game FAQ and started playing. Of course I used up all of my AP's. Then I came to this forum and read everything that had been posted. I started a new game with a little better idea of what I should try to do. On my 2nd game I saved some AP's, but I'm reluctant to use them up just exploring like I did in the first game. My question is, should I bother with allies or forget about them? |

Forget about them, its a waste of AP and you get no benefit from it besides seeing their blocks. All it will result in is the two of you not attacking each other and you can do that without becoming allies, so dont bother, unless of course its in your best interests to do so. |

You need to develope an alliance with someone rather than just allying with them for the sake of it. Talk to them. That kind of thing... |

Somone has never been hit for 120 blocks in one day before, wouldn't you agree Raving? ~LB |

Yep. That sure learns you what having an ally is worth ;-)
The best games I have been in are where I have been with an active ally against strong competition. Nothing is more boring than a walk-over war. |
