newb here.
Been following advice and attacking with NOVICES. But where will all my MASTER and NOVICE ENFORCER etc. come from? Thanks. |

They will come from being attacked by other gangs. If your war lasts long enough you will get members ranked all the way up to Experienced Leader.
In the mid stages of the game if you run out of novices it would be a good idea to start sending Experienced members... and if you run out of Experienced then send Masters... being careful to not go over your 5 AP per block and still sending a dominating force.
