But, where is the humor factor?

Based upon adding 5 points for each interview and 20 points for his recent play, I think Dalvian is the clear winner here....

How about top ten based on who won last round:

1) Dealer Confederate

Or maybe top ten based on who has "bear" in their name:

1) Blue"bear"

Perhaps top ten based entirely arbitrarily on who is fourth at the moment.

1) Skydive

I'd say these are about as relevant as the thread topic. Including fed wins is pointless, in a fair survey Spart and Exi rape everyone else by a mile without any doubt, and deservedly so.

Well, I had 5 *'s and 1 ^ when I was still Kinley, so in all fairness, they should be added to my score I think. :)

Spart 26.5
Thug 20.5
Exi 16
Trip/Kinley 13,5
Phil 12.5
Wish 12
Troja 11
Doa 11
Kai 10.5
Gorgon 6.5

They are just numbers boys and girls. Let's not get all riled up.
..and yes I understand the arguement that says those who lose claim winning is not important.
..but those who know me understand that I get my entertainment from this game in methods not expressed by numbers or linear equations.

I don't think I'm alone.
So..For those who think the numbers are important..by all means revel in your victories.
For those who don't think the numbers are important..Let them have their fun. We all achieve victory by different means.

I win every round I play because I have a lot of fun here.

Don't mistake my words. If the victory is important to you and you have amassed many victories than by all means..pat yourself on the back, give yourself a cookie, and hang a diploma on the wall. I'm sure for at least 90% of you the victory is important. As Wharf said once "If winning is not important than why keep score?"

For me, and maybe a couple of others, that is not how we have fun. I enjoy the seat of the pants battles, and yes I do try to win those battles. I enjoy climbing to the top and then trying not to get smacked down again. I enjoy the rivalries and friendships. I enjoy writing my odd little stories and interviews and plays and whatever else I think of.

I will admit though that I try to win most of the rounds I play in and am immensely proud of my one little star. Winning is part of the fun, just not the all of the fun, and it's not how I rate myself. It never has been.

Keep in mind that I am a guy that has a near genius IQ, am very well read, was a fairly well decorated soldier..and now...... proudly work the night shift at a gas station because I enjoy talking to people.

I guess I'm just a strange guy.

i play for the fun...i've tried to win and failed, bu ti still just play for the fun of the game, for the friendships, for the fun talks, and some of those fun talks have even been with notorious guys, i think we're all here to just have fun, no matter what anyone says, yah, i'm sure they want to win, but either way, if they werent having fun they woulda left, and we cant get angry when they post something like this, its not even all notorites, so it shows it can be done, it has, and it can, so there is no reason to call this threat a bad thread, i think it was very interesting, we're all here to have fun, jus continue having fun, forget about *'s and ^'s.....there just decorations, a christmas tree is still a christmas tree without lights, jus tmake it a lil prettier, and lets face it, phil needs to be a lil prettier, so i'll allow him to get some decorations

j/k phil :-D

cheers

Thanks D! Don't mind if I do!

Pats himself on the back, gives himself a cookie, and hangs a diploma on his wall. :)

Psssst... I want my 3.5 noted for the record.

Its not much, but its MINE

And since we're adding based on personal whims, I want 5 pts for being the first female to get the empire win ;)

You should also get 1000 points for letting your hairless cat play, plus another 1000 for not breaking your "cup holder" this month.

The cup holder never seemed real sturdy to me. That's why I keep a candy dish there. I just put my drink on that little table with the lights on it. Seems to work OK.
