20050827 Delete all messages from other players button added.

20050827 You do no longer have to donate ships to be able to donate minerals and power to your federations. This is added as a configurable option in the game so we can later turn it back on.

20050827 A delete all messages from the game is added to the different message list screens. It will delete the messages from the game on your current screen.

20050827 A message is now sent automatically to all new players who signs up for Space Conquest. The message gives a few pointers to playing the game better.

20050827 Color coding added to the ^ and * in the empire list. Yellow = 1 win, Black = 2 wins, Red = 4 wins, Blue = 8 wins.

20050514 It is no longer possible to transfer minerals or power to number 1 in score.

20041117 Space Conquest Tournament is now updated to have same rules as normal Space Conquest. Only difference is that maximum fed members in Space Conquest Tournament is 2.

20041019 You can no longer leave, create, join federations in the last 7 days of a round. Donating minerals and power to fed coffers now requires 1 ship per 10 minerals and power donated.

20040804 You can no longer attack empires that have more than 3 times your score. Fixed a bug in the maximum experience you can get from a combat.

20040512 Space Conquest Tournament is launched. Only accessable to donating players. Main difference is that you get much more Ap in this game.

20040510 When you last left a federation is no longer remembered between rounds.

20040309 Max federation members stays at 5. When leaving a federation there is 5 days where you can't enter a new federation. Rounds are now 15 days long, this round will end at 2004-03-19. A experience bug have been fixed, sometimes you got way more experienced than you where supposed to.

20040222 Payment structure changed. Paying players now get a bonus of 1 Ap, 3 minerals and 1 power every 10 minutes.

20040216 Attack cost is no longer dependent on X and Y coordinate but on the empires score.

20040208 Empire list now list ap attack cost in the attack link field.

20040207 Torpedo attack value changed to 4. Harvesters are not destroyed in combat anymore.

20031204 Best of the best statistics added. You can't attack members of your own federaion any more. Fixed a bug in the score update when you do a action that affects other empires score. Federation leaders can now add a description of their federations.

20031126 Clicking on a empire name in the empire list will now show you various privious rounds achivements of the empire. The statistics are alittle boring right now since most of the numbers are 0. After this round ends we should have alot more history however.

20031111 There is now a 24 hour priod after you leave or are thrown out of a federation where you can't join a new one.

20031110 A red message will now appear in the top of the left menu when you have unread messages.

20031110 Fixed the score update so all federation empires score is updated when combat occours or someone donates. Also now score will be updated when some is accepted or thrown out of a federation.

20030501 New round changes. Ap cost for explore empire reduced to 50. Harvester score contribution divided by 5. Experience score contribution is multiplied by 10. Max federaion members is 5. Federation ships is 4 times more effective.

20030408 Spelling and grammar corrected. Fixed a bug in the new round script so Galactic reports is also deleted when a new round starts.

20030331 Speed optimization done. The game now run under mod_perl which hopefully makes it faster. Also various stuff will now be cashed which also should improve speed.

20030326 Change the score calculation again, now ships are multiplied by 3 instead of 10. Fixed bug in number of minegrids exploding when they kill something.

20030324 New combat format. MineGrid damage reduced some. You can now see both fleets involved in the combat. Defenders torpedoes might be destroyed when you attack the homeworld.

20030322 Score formula updated. Federation ships and torpedoes now also give score. Also changed so ships give 10 times the score they did before.

20030321 Change this round end to april first. The next round will be 30 days.

20030319 Ip blocking is TEMPORARILY removed. It might make it again but until I have considered it some more I will leave it off.

20030318 Some anti multiplayer security have been added. This includes email verification and loging of ip addresses. Also players playing from the same IP will have to wait an hour to be able to log on the game. I am sorry that this is nessesary but since some players are not honest I have to do something.

20030314 Fixed some browser resent request problems. The ingame news feature have change name to galactic reports. Round length have been reduced to 40 days. The chance that a defender wins a combat even if he have no fleet have been reduced to 0. Spelling errors fixed. The total kills in a combat is reduced and the offensive bonus of torpedoes is reduced to 2. The combat system have gotten a major overhaul, fixed problems with the randomisation of captured minerals, reduced the randomness of ship damage and set the fleets to run away before being totally whiped out. Torpedoes and MineGrids also add to the captured minerals now. If you have to many Fleet Control Centers it will not affect your FleetControl% as bas as if you have too few.

20030311 As some of you might have noticed we had alittle downtime yesterday. We added a UPS system and moved the server into a rack. This should protect the server against powerfailures.

20030302 Got another donation so now there is a total of 5 players who have donated money. Bug in multi language function corrected, from certain pages you would switch from english to danish.

20030227 Wow another donation today. Now the total is 4 donations, 2 from GangWar players and 2 from Space Conquest players. Thanks alot.

20030222 We have just had a harddisk crash. Fortunately we are back online again without any data lost.

20030218 Forums now have a back button. Empires is now placed randomly in a 10 x 10 grid. Attack cost depends on the distance between 2 empires.

20030217 A table of all attacks is now included. In the future it might contain other information than attacks, ideas are welcome. Power plant cost raised. The harvester price now depends on the number of harvesters you allready have. The winner of a combat now salvage some of the minerals from destroyed ships and buildings.

Federation leaders now have the option of sending a mail to all members of the federation.

Peter you need to evaluate your mods that have no clue the meaning of bad langauage or behavior, banning people for making fun of someone is neither, if new rules are in place show us, don't let your mods make it up as it goes along, and you need to put them in check telling everyone to find another game, we have been here way longer then they have
