I think il create the city Newspaper, unimagineately called 'VOW Daily', i will thereby be able to influence almost every part of the city, whilst makeing large amounts of money publishing whatever i damn well want to...in the best interests of the local citizens of course... I'll also have to take up 'Protection' from one of the many gangs of petty thugs and criminals, so il be taking offers for a while, best price, best protection will get the job.
