LK, I've got a better idea.

STUPID N00BS! Attention!

Make an e-fed. Then be like Jeff Jarrett 2(57702) was. Form an "alliance" with several more n00b feds and declare a war against WCWF!

I don't understand. Why, as a new wrestler, would you want to make a new fed? I have played for almost two years, and I have only once felt the urge to do something like this, ie holding the grandest and greatest rumble there has ever been, and ever will be.

So explain me:
you sign up for vow, do a few matches, look around the forums, and suddenly at once you get a very original, most creative and absolutely divinely inspired idea: I will make an E-fed! My fed is the one everybody has been waiting for, my, my, am I going to be the greatest guy around the place here! Look, all those other things are crap, but with me, they are going to get something different! Really...

I say there should be a new rule:

Only people who have played for more than 3 months, or got to PWO (whichever comes first) can create an e-fed :)

how about only legends or legends that deem other players to be legends can create a fed

or how about no efeds at all that would work for me.

Yeah, but Legends is maybe harsh...that takes too long.

I have nothing against roleplaying, as long as it's good. But the crap that's been on VOW lately is really disgusting. In such a case, I also say: rather no efeds.

I wouldn't go as far as to say no efeds. I just think that some people are just to hasty most noobs seem to be power hungry for some reason and think they can do a job just like that. The key thing to them failing is the fact that they have yet to build a reputation on VOW. The more successful efeds have owners who have built up a reputation and actually have some COMMON SENSE on how to actually run them!

efeds take a lot of time to maintain boards, especially if they are at all active.

In my experience, in a large fed I was in, I overworked myself just keeping up with the mass of new stuff everytime I looked at the board.

I think that's what goes wrong, is that someone thinks they are easy to run, starts recruiting before getting a good staff in place that knows what they are doing, and then quickly figures out they don't really wanna do all the work that is necessary.

I advise that if you are interested in joining an efed... ask around... research the few top ones... and if someone you don't know asks if you want to join an efed that they just started... ask their experience in running one. If they have none, chances are it won't be around long. I suggest WCWF, and i've heard good things about NvWA as well.

Good luck to you with your e-fed... but I'm afraid mate they are all going to be probably right. It's up to you to prove them wrong.
