I can see how the single favors the submission and pin moves, but what is the difference between ladder and cage matches. It seems to me, if you are good at one, you would be good at the other, since they both essentially are ended by knockouts. |

It's twice as hard to climb out of a cage as it is to climb the ladder. |

you are correct jose.
If you are good at one, you are good at the other too. IMHO ladder is quite a pointless matchtype (strictly from a strategic point of view of course) since you make less money than in a cage, for roughly the same ap costs. |

The Ladder is actually the best payout to AP ratio. |

yes... if you receive no con damage.
if you need 30 ap to heal your con damage, cage becomes better |
