1. Make your character.

2. Go to Gym. Use 666 AP to train each stat you want WITHOUT using a Personal Trainer (It'll max you the the point where you need to use a Personal Trainer to raise it any more, also I use 666 AP because you get refunded the rest of the 666 AP if you train it to max before using a Personal Trainer, I'm lazy like that, hehe).

3. Put your starting $500 to work. Go to the Gym and using 50 AP, pick a stat you would like to work on. I would recommend Consciousness as you will last longer in a match.

4. Go to Staff and turn on whatever type of Staff you want, it's up to you (Most people tend to stick to a Doctor 2).

5. Go to Locker Room. Scroll all the way down to bottom. You'll see, SPECIALIZE A KNOWN MOVE. Get your first Finisher for free if you so desire or wait until you buy a move you like to make into a finisher.

6. Pick a fight. Win/lose......IMPORTANT: After every win/lost go to R&R and heal up. Then if you have money left over go to the Gym and use a Personal Trainer to work on your stats e.g. Strength, Submission, Technique...etc(I highly recommend Consciousness).

7. Keep fighting and training in the Gym with a Personal Trainer until you max all stats then save up your money to buy new moves.

2. Go to Gym. Use 666 AP to train each stat you want WITHOUT a Personal Trainer. It'll max you out before needing to use a Personal Trainer to train it.

So...I'm confused...are you saying you won't need a personal trainer to max stats?

You can raise stats up to a certain level without the trainer and paying the $10/ap.

Well that is actually the best guide I have ever seen. Although I personally disagree with 4 and 5.

4. Use docs only becuase you'll character will get more money.

5. Specialise a move that you want to have, not a move in you list (Unless you want to have a move in your list in which case go right ahead)

But thats just the way I would do it :)

Disagree with number 2, the number of ap and money used on training differs every single time...there is no way to tell how much ap and money you will need

I think off the top of my head, it costs 700ap or so to raise stats as high as they will go, from the default stats, without a trainer. I think con goes to 56 with all types.

You can train 3/4 of your skill without trainer.

KOVOW always did con last when training a noob guy it seemed to work great for me but i think im the only person to do that so both ways are cool, but u might not have as much skill as me

And make a finisher straight away you will be alot better.

I disagree with specializing moves that you want you've got a free move at the start check your already known and pick one thats the way to go. Then start specializing what you want after. Because it costs a lot of time and money to save up for the one you want. And the fact it's not minimal price at the locker room just makes it a rip-off. The doctor thing, there isn't nothing wrong with that. Because that gives you time to minimize the locker room prices and still bundle up enough cash to be in good shape in SPWA. Sure you can get good fast but not easily unless you fight very passively and wisely. The problem with LAW is people are just waiting for those new guys to throw around for an easy win that just don't know. Put more time and thought into it, edit it around some, listen to the criticism of people that have been at it for over a year. And you will definitely have a good guide for beginners.

edited for cone :p

Let me correct you since in your absence its changed.

Haven't any of you noticed the little detail in number 2. If they're a new player they only have 500 ap and it caps at 500 unless they're a donater.

You now start with 2500ap :) and $500 still
