More relevant to the SSWO + VWO Tournaments really...
After a few recent events where either players have been criticised for creating 2nd + 3rd characters just to have them sign up for Tournaments that their main wrestler is waiting to start, or where wrestlers have complained about how long it takes for certain SSWO/VWO tourneys to kick off, I thought this may go some way to solving both issues. There should be a time limit for how long a wrestler can hold a title without having to defend it. (I'd say two weeks, but this is open to interpretation) Once a Title has been won/defended, the next tournament should start within this time limit, regardless of how many competitors have signed up for it. (As long as there's at least one person signed up for it anyway) Maybe the prize money should be scaled down to take account of this though - if only 6 players take part, the prize money should be 75% of a 'normal' tourney win (Six Eigths) etc. Any thoughts/comments? |

Good luck seeing this getting implemented. Auto-run for tourneys was suggested some time LAST year aswell. Guess that didn't go that well either.
But good idea anyways. |

Been something I've been asking for now for a while. However, the VWO tourneys do seem to run a little more now than what they did before. I would like to see the style tourneys moved to VWO though. |
