I will be praying for scotty and his family.
this is such a shock. we go through life almost feeling bulletproof. then one of our own brings reality to us. life is fragile. it makes me think of the relationships I have. how I treat others. I propose that we all turn to those relationships we hold dear and strive to make them stronger. closer. more meaningful. and to let that new attitude go through vow. make it also a nicer friendlier place to be in honor of scotty. would someone that has the abilty please make a banner that we could put on our wrestlers in support of scotty. something that when we look at a wrestler we would see and remind us that we are a community and we need to say a prayer for scotty and his family. thanks to everyone~ mad max |

First time I spoke to him on Skype, he thought I was gay. He is one of the nicest guys I have spoken to in a long while. We always had a laugh over the little things. Such a laid back guy. |

Scotty is one of the very first people i met when i started playing. It's hard for me to even put into words how much of a friend he's been, and how truely awesome and funny he is. He's part of a group of people on this game i call my family.

I remember a couple months ago, well at least i think it was a couple months ago, that scotty had just come out of surgery and was ok. For me, it was a shock, since i hadn't known of his surgery to begin with.
So Scotty, as many of you have said and read. Scotty was among the first few people i started to talk to on chat. He was among the people that really got me into the game. For me, the game was fun, but what kept me here was to be able to come on to chat and talk to people in another continent, who had a sense of humour, good advice and a good heart. I didn't talk to scotty as often as i should've, and i regret it terribly. Scotty was the King of helping the new players, if a new player announced himself in chat, Scotty pounced on the oppertunity to help him or her out. He has given me advice on and off VOW on numerous occasions. So my thoughts tonight are not with my homework, but with Scotty, his wife and baby. I have never been close to Scotty but one thing I do know is that he is one of the shining stars of an epidemic that has become such a huge part of my everyday life.

Such a relief he's in stable condition now.
I drank champagne on his return. I really did :D I figured beer wasn't good enough for my main man. Saw this bottle of champagne in the fridge, opened it and drank from the bottle (i know, it's WAAAAY better in a glass, but that's not the point) and while i was drinking i tought to myself: "this one's for scotty". I guess it was the champoozels that made him better. |

It's hard to imagine that we could even come close to losing such a great friend without a single warning. To me it just shows how precious life is, and I know that Scotty will rise above. I never thought Scotty to be a quitter, and I know he'll pull through. I just sense that. |

Well scotty has givem me some good advice and a few pep talks i realy did need. i have been down latly thinking i am gona loos a bud in game. it has been a crap of a year in 2006 and i was thinging it was gona start the same in 2007. But the tuff old dog is pulling threw. You know i dont know why i even douted him. its just that tumas and stuff scare the shit out of me. i have seen this stuff all before and well ! it ant easy. But with all the good will in the air i can see the old boy comeing threw. Welll he better.

I havent heard anymore today yet, I think when Scotty returns and I am sure he will, This thread will be the best medicine for him. He will be glad to see how many friends he really has and how many people truely care for him. As I have said me and scotty go way back here in vow, we have had alot of great match ups, and done stuff outside the game. With him gone its like someone has cut my right arm off. I know he will appriciate all the thoughts of the alchol, but his wife might not:) I am sure she just wants him to get better and alchohol might not be the best for him till after he makes a full recovery.

Yes i am back, Very Sore, very tired and frankly very happy to be home.
Wifes can get a bit worried sometimes. I need about 2 weeks rest and should be back on my feet, or Ben's, mr i love the Village People .. lol Seeing as he is no longer hiding in the closet .. lmao Anyway, i am back, not 100% but back I wish to thank you all for your wishes, prayers, and kind messages, you are my second family and one i would never want to leave.
