It seems at a particular server time you automatically gain all your consc and vital life back. So, should you not use R&R anymore? |

No dudes, don't do it... What he's smoking may be very dangerous. ;)
Easy mistake to make though. If you check the R&R section after every match, you'll see that vital life never heals itself. When I have two or three matches go while I'm offline... I usually have to spend 30 ap to heal vital alone. This is why I don't ever leave challenges out while I am not online. |

actually bret hart....u can leave a match when u r offline...but only 1 match though...and make sure ur Vital
Life is already max by then or else u gonna spend tons of AP just for healing VL |
