mkazas, there are forums available which specifically deal with GangWar. In particular I would suggest reading the "GW Newbies" forum where you will find an answer to your question. I would also suggest reading the rules.

And the quick answer is its because you do not own a connecting block - take a block that connects to one you do own on the horizontal, vertical or diagonal |
