I read an interesting notion in the SfP chat today.
Wouldn't it be a good idea to send new parties(sfp)/characters(af)/gangs(gw) a message or a notice in red to consult the Manual / the Rules. |

It has been suggested countless times in Gangwar chat over the last 12 months...never seems to have any affect what so ever...
